In the video, Jen adds 8 ounces of drained block quality feta, ¾ cup Greek yogurt, 1 zest of 1 lemon, and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to her BlendJet and blends everything. If the mixture seems too thick, Jenn notes that more olive oil can be added as needed. She recommends topping it with some pistachios or pine nuts for a little crunch!
