As you know, Bündchen and Brady announced their separation in October 2022 after months of speculation that the two were having a rough time. The two are continuing to co-parent their two children, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11, while also working on their mental health individually as they go through a divorce.
Additionally, Bündchen recently lost her mother, who died on January 28 at the age of 75.
Gisele Bundchen: ‘Healing takes time’
Gisele Bündchen shared a photo of herself watching the sunset on a balcony, reflecting on life and continuing her healing journey. He used a quote from Yung Pueblo as his caption:
“Personal change is not easy. It takes time to heal yourself. Letting go can be difficult sometimes. Forming new habits can seem like an uphill battle. Despite all these challenges, the inner work is still worth it. This active form of self-love can radically change your life.
Fans immediately flooded the comments to thank him for his sensitivity and his inspiration. “You are a warrior and an inspiration to many women. You have definitely understood your God’s purpose in this life. Thank you,” one of his fans wrote.
Another simply said, “Beautiful message. beautiful picture.”
The Brazilian supermodel paid tribute to her mother after the news of her passing broke, and shared a carousel of photos to remember the good times spent between the two.
“You were an angel on earth, always helping everyone around you,” he wrote at the time. “I am so grateful to be your daughter and to learn from you. Thank you for being the best example of love, strength, compassion, courage and grace.”
Commenting on her latest Instagram post, one of her followers said, “I’m so sorry for the loss of your sweet mother. Know that you will feel him in different forms, but you will know that he is closer to you than ever, even if he is not physically present. You and his soul are in my prayers. stay strong.”
Another shared, “Letting go is an essential part of life, growth, and change within and outside of us. Someone once said that ‘the history of our lives is the history of our losses’, but I would like to add that it is the history of our memories, the better ones than the bad ones.

Last month, Hospital Moinhos de Vento in Porto Alegre, Brazil, announced that Nonnemacher had died of cancer after being hospitalized on January 26.
Following his death, the Brazilian supermodel paid tribute to him, saying, “I will always cherish the beautiful memories we shared and live by the values you taught me. You will live forever in the many lives you touched.”
He further added, “Thank you for giving me five best friends for life. Your love will always guide us,” he concluded. “You will be a part of my dreams. Love you.”
